Founder-Nate Andersen
Nate has been shooting a bow since the age of 5. Growing up in rural Iowa it was not just a hobby it was a way of life instilled in his blood. Fast forward 22 years and he is still at it. He began Backwoods Redemption formerly 3B's Outdoors in 2017 and has continued to grow within the hunting industry.
Pro Staff- John Mayrose
John grew up in Northwest Iowa and hunted anything he could. He continued to pursue his passion for the outdoors at SDSU in Wildlife Biology and Fisheries. John enjoys living in South Dakota because there is an abundance and variety of different game that can be hunted.
Pro Staff-Nick Bradley
Nick has lived his whole life in NW Iowa, SW Minnesota. Growing up on a farm, hunting and fishing was his favorite leisure. Fast forward 25 years and Nick loves and lives for predator hunting! Trapping is his second line for predators. Nick bow hunts deer and turkeys equally as hard. He enjoys turkey hunting because like predators, you have to be nearly perfect with your whole hunt in order for it to be successful.
Pro Staff-Brady Snyder
Brady grew up in Southern Iowa. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. He has been hunting and fishing most of his life.  Brady enjoys hunting giant Iowa whitetail and hunting turkey. He also loves chasing the bite and walleye fishing whether it's on ice or the river.
Pro-Staff Aaron Legrand
Aaron began hunting, fishing, and trapping at the age of 5 with his Dad and Uncle. He has been hooked on it ever since. 37 years later, he is into the outdoors more than ever chasing whitetails and turkeys. He his now getting his son involved more and more! "Nowhere I would rather be!"
Pro Staff-Brandon Reed
Brandon grew up in Kansas. In Kansas, hunted turkey but has recently become quite the deer hunter since he has been in Iowa. He enjoys hunting and getting his groceries from the organic pantry. Brandon has developed a scent sensitivity as he has gotten older and eating right has really helped him do that. Hunting wild game and raising poultry has helped him tremendously.
Pro Staff-Nick Schneider
Nick grew up on an farm in NW Iowa, grew a passion and love for the outdoors at a young age. His dad was the one that got him involved young. As he grew older, the outdoors became more of a way of life. In high school he worked for a local conservation board planting and managing public lands. The Iowa timber, marshes and lakes will always be home where he grew my roots for the outdoors.
Currently, he lives near Sioux Falls, South Dakota and work as an Electrician. Nick enjoys all the opportunities that South Dakota has to offer such as hunting mule deer, antelope, elk, whitetail, turkey, pheasants and waterfowl. The walleye and Perch fishing is great too.
